Return Policy
This Return Policy applies to digital reference files offered by Xogvalenithakul (“we”) through xogvalenithakul.ddd. It supplements the Terms of Use.
Digital goods
Deliverables consist of downloadable documents described on the product pages. Because digital files can be duplicated instantly after delivery, refunds are limited to the situations listed below.
Eligible refund requests
- You did not receive download instructions within the timeframe stated on your receipt after payment cleared.
- The file supplied was corrupted or incomplete and we cannot provide a working replacement within five Auckland business days.
- You cancelled before delivery began and no download link was issued.
Non-refundable situations
- Change of mind after a working file has been delivered or a link has been accessed.
- Dissatisfaction with stylistic choices when the file matches the published description.
- Hardware or software limitations on your devices that prevent opening common document formats when those formats were disclosed before purchase.
How to request assistance
Email contact@xogvalenithakul.world with your purchase reference, date, and a brief description of the issue. We may ask for a screenshot or file checksum to verify corruption claims.
Resolution timing
We aim to acknowledge refund or replacement requests within three Auckland business days. Banks or card networks may add separate processing time.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other mandatory laws where they apply to your transaction.
